01 New Cutter Design

GB series updates cutter design. The rotary blades and stationary blades are settled as a V-shaped angle. This angle can make better cutting. The granules are evenly cut and less powder is caused.

02 Durable Cutter

▪Blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, and long durability.
▪ Adopted hexagon socket screw installation way of the blades and strong wear resistance.
▪ Material: CR12MOV, hardness in 57-59°

03 Chamber

The chamber is made of harder steel by CNC processed with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, long durability and easy maintenance; Chamber wall thickness 20~40mm.

05 Feeder hopper design
